The project was developed for a children's bicycle school in the Liman on the bank of the picturesque lake Liman.

The project included a set of facilities for outdoo activities and sports, including a five-kilometer bicycle route around the lake and the BMX track (Bicycle Moto Cross).

On the roof of the complex there is a solar (photovoltaic) power station with 144 panels.
